March 16, 2019, spring strategy seminar of Siqse of southren university of science and technology was held in shenzhen talent research institute. The seminar invited GAO zimin （the member of standing committee of shenzhen municipal committee and secretary general），ZHENG haitao （deputy director-general of science and technology department of guangdong province），CHEN shiyi （president of SUSTech), MEI hong and more than 40 industry experts and scholars from colleges and universities across the country. The seminar was  presided over by YU dapeng (dean of SIQSE).

CHEN shiyi make a speech

CHEN shiyi expressed that with the strong support of the state, guangdong province and shenzhen municipality, the institute for quantum science and engineering has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results. The future development of the institute is expected.

ZHENG haitao make a speech

In his speech, ZHENG haitao hoped that the institute would organize the backbone to undertake more national projects, gather overseas talents, and make contributions to guangdong's scientific and technological innovation and future industrial development.

LIANG yongsheng make a speech

Liang yongsheng expects the institute to achieve results in the refining of scientific issues, the construction of research environment and the introduction of high-end talents, and provide guidance for other institutes

YU dapeng make a speech

Yu dapeng introduced the progress of the establishment and future development plan of the institute, and also introduced the talent team and research results of SIQSE. He expressed full confidence in the quantum research institute to become a world-class research institution.

On the  spring strategic seminar, Mei hong made the theme report "software defines everything -- reality and challenges"
